Compliance requirements

What this platform must satisfy

Segregation of duties

FFIEC

Workflow editors must not also approve production activation; enforce n8n project roles.

Credential inventory

OCC 2013-29

Every credential used by a workflow maps to an approved third party with current due diligence.

Execution logging

BCBS 239

Keep execution data with full payloads for workflows that touch customer records.

Kill switch

FFIEC

Each customer-facing workflow needs a tested deactivation path with a recorded cutover time.

Integration steps

How to connect it

  1. 1

    Enable the public API

Turn on the n8n public API on your instance and note the base URL.

  2. 2

    Create an API key

Settings, then n8n API, create a key. Read access is sufficient.

  3. 3

    Connect here

Enter the instance URL and key. TRUINT calls /api/v1/workflows and imports each workflow as an agent.

  4. 4

    Tag AI workflows

Set risk tier and owner on imported workflows so non-AI automations can be excluded from scoring.
